You've probably sat through a conference before and felt it. Something moved. And then a week passed. Then two. And somewhere between the normal rhythms of life and the distance from that room, the conviction started to slip. That gap is what Compelled is closing. Two days built around encounter with God, and then real structure for what comes after. Three tracks. A year-long cohort with a mentor who has spent their life living in your track. A first experience that allows you to test the calling.
The goal isn't to move you. It's to help you figure out what to do with the movement.

We help you discover the path God is calling you on and figure out how to walk it out.
At the conference close, you'll be invited to choose a track. Not a final answer. A first real step toward figuring out where you fit in the Great Commission.
Global Mission
There are billions of people with no access to the gospel — no church in their language, no witness in their community. The task has a finish line and it isn't finished. If God is stirring something in you toward those people specifically, this is your track. You'll be paired with a mentor and invited on a mission trip.
Marketplace Mission
Most of the world will only ever be reached by people who show up with a job title, not a ministry title. Your career is not separate from your calling — it is the vehicle for it. There are places in this world a ministry title will never open, but your job will. You'll be paired with a Christian entrepreneur or professional who is already living this.
Occupational Ministry
If God is calling you toward pastoral ministry, campus work, church planting, or nonprofit leadership — not as a fallback, but as a conviction — this is your track. You'll be connected to a local leader and a place to begin serving.
None of these tracks is settling. The question is not are you sent? That's already answered. The question is where, and how.
The conference is just where it starts.
We're not trying to inspire you for a few days. We're building something designed to actually change the direction of your life. The two days are where the question gets named. The year is where you start walking toward the answer.

You're not sure if your job is your calling or if something needs to change. What you are sure of is that your work and your faith are connected somehow. This conference exists to help you figure out how.
